Twitter Marketing – How Can You Use It

I was reading my email the other morning and I received an update from Dan O’Day.

He’s got great stuff on radio advertising. I love keeping up with what he puts out because it can be translated into print and just good ole sales.

Anyway, he posted on his blog about twitter.  Nothing good or bad but that he tweets.   A friend of his sent a funny video.

Anyway, it’s not so much the video I wanted to draw your attention to but the comments that are being made.

There are few plain comments but others give some good insight in how people are using twitter to their advantage.

So why do I bring this up. Because I believe,  if used properly, twitter could help and improve your business.  It’s one of those tools you can use to make things happen

It’s also a tool that could end up being a time waster.  So be careful.

Try it out, see if it works. Collect your stats.  Are you seeing improvements in business, increased efficiency, better customer service… if you can it might be worth.

You should start with a plan for twitter.  What do you want to use it for… customer service, updates, launches, connections?

Implement it.

Measure your results.
